Memorysolution MAXFLASH Rapstore SSD

German company Memorysolution launches its first Solid State Drive (SSD), The MAXFLASH Rapstore. Based on Samsung’s MLC flash memory and Indilinx Barefoot IDX110M00-LC SSD controller , the Rapstore SSD is available with 64GB, 128GB and 256GB capacities. The SSD has 64MB cache memory and offers up to 230MB/s read and up to 160MB/s write speeds. SATA II interface is used. The Rapstore SSD is shock-proof up to 1500G.
