A-DATA XPG SX95 SSD

A-DATA adds to its XPG product line the new SX95 solid state drive. The SX95 has a 2.5-inch form factor and uses SATA II interface. The 256GB and 128GB model offers a 230MB/s read and a 180MB/s write speeds while the 64GB and 32GB version has 210MB/s read and 130MB/s write speeds.
The XPG SX95 SSD is based on MLC flash memory and has onboard DRAM cache buffer (no mention about the size). The new SSD supports RAID. It has a lightweight Aluminum casing and is shock resistance at 1500G/0.5ms.
