Toshiba intros First 64GB SDXC Card

Toshiba announced the launch of the world’s first 64GB SDXC memory card (model: THNSU064GAA2BC), as well as new 32GB (THNSU032GAA2BB) and 16GB (THNSU016GAA2BA) SDHC cards. Compliant with the new SD Memory Standard, Ver. 3.00, UHS104, the new SDXC and SDHC cards offer fastest data transfer rate of 60MB/s read speed and 35MB/s write speed.
These card allows digital SLR cameras to shoot longer continuous bursts in the highest quality RAW format. Similarly, with these cards, it will be possible to download a 2.4GB video in only 70 seconds.
Toshiba is planning to start mass production of these new memory cards in Spring 2010.
