Intel Xeon 5500 series Low Voltage Version Announced

Intel announced the new low voltage version of the Xeon 5500 series processor. The Intel Xeon L5530 runs at 2.4GHz clock spped and has a power comsumption of 60W.
Also introduced are the 3.33GHz Intel Xeon W5590 dual-socket workstation chip and two single-socket workstation chips, the W3580 running at 3.33GHz and the W3550 running at 3.06GHz.
