Nokia 5230 Entry-level Touchscreen Phone

Nokia announced the new 5230, a new entry-level touchscreen mobile phone that runs S60 OS. The stylish handset is designed to serve up slick on-the-go entertainment and to offer easy access to social networking sites.

Nokia 5230 features a 3.2-inch touchscreen, a 2 Megapixel camera and Bluetooth. It has integrated A-GPS support and Ovi Maps 3.0 application. The 5230 does media playback and FM radio and offers a 3.5mm headphone jack. It also records 640×480 video at up to 30fps.
Nokia’s 5230 supports quad-band GSM and dual-band GSM/HSDPA networks. It supports microSD cards up to 16GB. Two versions of the 5230 will be released, the standard version priced at Euro 149 and the Come with Music version that costs Euro 250 with music download service. It will come in Q4 in Silver, Black, Pink, Red, Blue, and Yellow colors.

hmm, ithink this is not nokia 5230 because in my country in indonesia it caled nokia 5800 xpress music, maybe in every country has differeent name
it is nokia 5230, it’s different from nokia 5800. it’ll be only Rp 2,13 in indonesia. But haven’t been released yet. maybe in the end of 2009.
