Unfortunately, the transmission delay is pretty significant (50-100ms), making this headphones inappropriate for musicians. Had to send it back :(
Apart from that, nice sound and quite comfortable...

I had the pleasure to listen to all 3 new RS Headphones at the CBIT in Berlin.
I was more then surprised about the quality of sound of all 3 (less with the 170) specially with the RS 180.
I also heard the $ 1400.-- Sennheiser HD 800 which I didn't liked (no bass, to clear cold high).
At home I use an AKG 271 MK II with a Pro-Ject Head-Amp and as speakers I use Audio Physics Scorpio for stereo and KEF 3005.2 for surround.
Bottom line: I will purchase a RS 180
