Sony VAIO X Ultra Slim Notebook

Sony announced at the IFA 2009 its VAIO X series ultra slim notebook that is just 0.5-inch thick and weighs just 1.5 pounds. The VAIO X will use carbon-fiber for the chassis and aluminum for the keyboard. The final specifications has not been confirmed but the device is currently running on Intel’s Atom.
The VAIO X has a 11.1-inch display, two USB ports, VGA output, multi-in-one memory card slot and Ethernet port. Sony will officially launch VAIO X in October. Will it get Intel CULV processor and Windows 7? Let’s wait and see.
