Apple iPod touch 3G Announced

Apple introduces the third generation of the iPod touch starting at $199 for 8GB model.Contray to the rumors, the new iPod touch does NOT come with a camera. It still gets a 3.5-inch glass display with multi-touch user interface.
32GB and 64GB models use the same ARM Cortex-A8 processor as the iPhone 3GS, offering up to 50% faster performance and support for even better graphics with Open GL ES 2.0. The new iPod touch comes with the latest iPhone 3.1 software and supports Genius Mixes. The 32GB and 64GB versions are priced at $299 and $399 respectively.
