Archos Phone Tablet

Archos is planning a new mobile device based on Android system, the Phone Tablet. The device will be a 3.5G mobile phone powered by 1GHz ARM Cortex processor. It has a 4.3-inch touchscreen display with 854×480 resolution. It will be just 10mm thick.
