Sony introduces three Walkman dock/HiFi combos, the SRS-NWGU50, CMT-V3 and CMT-E350HD all with the WM-PORT connector.
Sony SRS-NWGU50 is simply a speaker dock for Walkman players offering 10Wx2 power output and BASS BOOST. Sony CMT-V3 and CMT-E350HD are both CD audio system with Walkman dock. The CMT-V3 supports Audio CD and MP3 CD playback and FM/AM radio. It has a small LCD screen and provides 5Wx2 output.
The more advanced CMT-E350HD includes a 160GB internal hard drive for storing digital music. It supports playback of MP3, WMA, AAC, ATRAC, PCM files and is able to do CD to hard drive recording. There are a 8-line LCD display, 20Wx2 speakers and FM/AM radio tuner. It also has a USB port for music playback from USB storage devices.
Sony’s three Walkman speaker system will be available on 10 October.
