D-Link introduces the Xtreme N DIR-685, an all-in-one wireless-N router with a 3.2-inch LCD display. The device basically combines 802.11n Wi-Fi connectivity with network attached storage (NAS), USB device-sharing, digital photo frame, Internet content player, FTP server in a compact desktop design.
The Xtreme N DIR-685 supports WiFi 802.11n standard. It has a 3.2-inch LCD display for viewing photos from your network storage or photo sharing websites. You can turn the device into a NAS simply by mounting a 2.5-inch SATA drive in to the side of the DIR-685.
D-Link Xtreme N DIR-685 supports UPnP allowing media streaming to other UPnP devices. It includes two USB ports enabled with SharePort technology to wirelessly share USB storage, printer, scanner..etc. The all-in-one router comes with built-in FTP server and BitTorrent client.
