Archos 5 Internet Tablet with Android Now Available

Archos has officially launched the new Archos 5 Internet Tablet with Android OS. The Archos 5 features a 4.8-inch LCD touchscreen with 800×480 resolution, support for a range of audio, video and image files including H.264, MKV, MPEG-4 and a USB 2.0 HOST port for expansion.
As an internet tablet, the Archos 5 comes with built-in support for WiFi 802.11b/g/n support. It includes also Bluetooth 2.0, FM transmitter, FM radio tuner, built-in speaker and built-in microphone for voice recording. Hard Drive version has up to 500GB capacity while the flash memory version gets up to 32GB internal memory and a microSD/SDHC card slot.
Archos 5 Internet Tablet has internal Lithium Polymer battery for up to 7 hours of video playback. It has a built-in leg stand. The 32GB version and 500GB version of the Archos 5 internet tablet are available on Amazon for $369.99 and $499.99 respectively.
