AT&T TerreStar Genus dual-mode cellular/satellite smartphone

AT&T is launching the TerreStar Genus, the world’s first dual-mode cellular/satellite smartphone. The Genus is a bar-type smartphone with a 2.6-inch touchscreen display, a QWERTY keyboard, a 3 Megapixel auto focus camera and a microSD card slot.
The TerreStar Genus supports quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE and 3G/WCDMA/HSDPA networks as well as GMR-3G satellite network. Bluetooth 2.0, WiFi 802.11b/g and GPS are also supported. The smartphone runs the latest Windows Mobile 6.5 OS.
