Here is a live shot of Sony Ericsson’s XPERIA X3 (aka Rachel), the company’s first Android-based smartphone. The X3 will be powered by Qualcomm’s SnapDragon 1GHz processor and includes WiFi, GPS and HSDPA support. There is a 4-inch 854×480 touchscreen and a 8 Megapixel camera. Rumors on the internet suggest November launch of the Android phone.
