Transcend offers the TS8XDVDRW slim, portable USB DVD/CD SuperMulti burner. The writer comes with a modern design with rounded edges and comes in white. It uses USB 2.0 interface.

Transcend TS8XDVDRW writes DVD+/-R/RW at 8X, DVD-RAM at 5X, and CD-R/RW at 24X. It can also read and write DVD+/-R Dual Layer discs. The TS8XDVDRW is compatieble with Windows 7 and it includes CyberLink Power2Go burning software.

Transcend TS8XDVDRW is priced at $74.8.
