Acer Aspire 5738DG-6165 3D Notebook PC Now Official

Acer made its Aspire 5738DG 3D notebook PC official in the US. The Aspire 5738DG features the TriDef 3D solution, which includes a 3D screen, software and glasses to enable vibrant 3D visuals. The laptop not only handle 3D content, it can even take 2D content and replicate a vivid 3D experience.
The Aspire 5738DG gets a 15.6-inch Acer CineCrystal HD display coated with a special 3D film which clings to the panel pixel by pixel, enabling the LCD technology to deliver a 3D image. The display offers 1366×768 resolution, 220-nit brightness and LED-backlight.
The Acer Aspire 5738DG-6165 is powered by an Intel Core 2 Duo T6600 2.2GHz processor, 4GB of DDR2 RAM, and a 512MB ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4570 graphics card. It has a 320GB hard drive and a built-in 8X DVD burner as well as a multi-in-one card reader. The 3D notebook includes WiFi 802.11b/g/n support, Acer Crystal Eye webcam, a multi-gesture touchpad, Dolby-optimized surround sound system with two built-in stereo speakers and a 6-cell battery.
Acer Aspire 5738DG has Acer’s Gemstone design. It runs Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. It will be available soon and starts at $779.99.
