pureSilicon Renegade R2 Rugged SSD

pureSilicon (puresi) introduces the new Renegade R2 rugged solid state drive that serves as the follow-up to the Renegade series. Based on SLC NAND Flash, the R2 comes with up to 256GB capacity and offers up to 255MB/s read speed and 180MB/s write speed.

The Renegade R2 meets the MIL-STD-810F standards. It uses SATA II interface. 4GB-128GB versions are available now, 256GB model, PATA, 1.8-inch and encryption versions will be released in Q1 2010.
