Here is the M700T (MID700), a MID (Mobile Internet Device) running Android from Chinese company Boeye. The device actually looks like a enlarged version of Apple’s iPhone and the rumored Apple Tablet. It has a 7-inch 800×480 LCD touchscreen and a 1.3 Megapixel camera.
The M700T is boosted by a 624MHz Marvell PXA303 processor with 128MB RAM and 2GB Flash memory. It has built-in GPS chipset and supports WiFi and Bluetooth. 3G module (WCDMA/EVDO/TD-SCDMA) is available as an option.
The Boeye M700T can have either Android 1.5 or Windows CE 6.0 as the OS. It supports microSD card up to 16GB and provides two USB ports, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
