Mad Catz announced its Wireless-N Gaming Adapter for use with Microsoft XBox 260 and Sony PS3. Like Microsoft’s offering, Mad Catz adapter also supports WiFi 802.11n standard and 802.11b/g.
The adapter connects to the Ethernet WAN port of XBOX 360 and PS3 allowing users to enjoy online play and download online content. The Wireless-N adapter offers Quick Setup button which provides seamless gaming console integration when used in conjunction with a router or access point featuring WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup button).
The Mad Catz Wireless-N Gaming Adapter is priced at US$79.99, just $9 cheaper than Microsoft’s Wireless-N adapter. You may want to get this if you have both XBOX 360 and PS3.
