UPEK EikonTouch USB Fingerprint Readers

UPEK announced its new EikonTouch series USB fingerprint scanners, including the EikonTouch 700 and the EikonTouch 300. The former is designed for government applications requiring FIPS 201 certified image quality as well as for multi-user applications where high biometric performance and easy usability are both critical, while the latter gets SteelCoat protective coating and is designed for rugged environments and for cost sensitive applications requiring one-touch authentication.

UPEK’s EikonTouch scanners both utilize the company’s one-touch, placement sensors to deliver highly-accurate fingerprint authentication, compliance with government standards, and a very simple and friendly user experience.
