ViewSonic MPC1700 and MPC1701 Medical Grade All-in-one PCs

ViewSonic launches the MPC1700 and MPC1701 medical grade all-in-one PC with touchscreen display, designed to be used on carts, bedside or even in surgery. These PCs get Medical certification compliance (EN60601 / UL60601-1) and have Anti-bacteria coating. They are IP65 and IPX1 certified for water- and dust- proof.
The MPC1700 and MPC1701 sports Intel’s Core 2 Duo 2.2GHz and 1.06GHz processor respectively. They have integrated Intel GMA X3100 graphics, up to 4GB of RAM, a 80GB hard drive, a 17-inch resistive touchscreen, bootable CompactFlash slot and DVI output. PCI 2.2, PCMCIA Type i/II and Mini PC slots are available for expansion. They can get optional WiFi as well.
ViewSonic’s MPC1700 and MPC1701 feature hard drive anti vibration mechanism. The former has a low noise fan design while the latter is fanless. You have to contact ViewSonic if you want to get these all-in-ones.
