Buffalo DriveStation HD-HXU3 USB 3.0 Hard Drive Now Shipping

Buffalo ships its DriveStation HD-HXU3 USB 3.0 SuperSpeed external hard drive in the US. Utilizing the new SuperSpeed USB 3.0 interface, the HD-HXU3 offers a transfer rate up to 625MB/s. The new drive is available in 1TB, 1.5TB and 2TB capacities.
The HD-HXU3 is also backward compatible with all USB 2.0 computers. The DriveStation HD-HXU3 is available now at $199.99 for 1TB (HD-HX1.0TU3), $249.99 for 1.5TB (HD-HX1.5TU3) and $399.99 for 2.0TB (HD-HX2.0TU3).
Also launched is the Buffalo IFC-PCIE2U3, a two-port USB 3.0 PCI Express Interface Card that upgrades PC or Mac to utilize USB 3.0 SuperSpeed.
