Digital Cowboy Movie Cowboy DC-MCNP1-W Network Media Player

Japanese company Digital Cowboy introduces an update to the Movie Cowboy DC-MCNP1 networked media player, called DC-MCNP1/W. The new model comes with built-in support for WiFi 802.11b/g/n connecitivty for wireless streaming.

The DC-MCNP1/W, like the original DC-MCNP1, offers a 2.5-inch SATA drive bay. It supports Full HD 1080p output via HDMI port. It supports most media formats including DivX, RMVB, MP4. Other than WiFi, Ethernet LAN is also supported. There are also USB HOST port and USB port for expansion.

The WiFi-enabled network HD media player will be released in December 2009.
