Fusion-io’s ioXtreme and ioXtreme Pro are SSDs that use PCI Express interface to achieve faster read and write speeds. Based on MLC SSD, the ioXtreme offers up to 700MB/s read and 280MB/s write speeds.

The XPERIA X10 is Sony Ericsson’s first smartphone running the Android OS. The X10 sports Qualcomm’s 1GHz Snapdragon processor and comes with a large 4-inch 480×854 touchscreen display, a 8 Megapixel camera, GPS/A-GPS support, Bluetooth and WiFi connectivity.
