Verbatim SSD Secure ExpressCard with AES 256-bit hardware encryption

Verbatim launches in Europe market the SSD Secure ExpressCard that combines solid-state drive storage technology with powerful security protection. Verbatim’s offering its the first ExpressCard SSD to include AES 256-bit hardware encryption.
The SSD Secure ExpressCard is available in 32GB and 16GB capacities and 64GB version will be released later. The data stored are protected by the hardware-based encryption with mandatory complex password input. To further secure the drive, content of the drive will be automatically deleted after 10 incorrect password entries. The card is sturdy and shock resistant. It can be completely inserted into the internal ExpressCard slot.
