FASTRA II – the Most Powerful Desktop Supercomputer

The Vision Lab of the University of Antwerp in Belgium has built the FASTRA II, the world’s most powerful desktop supercomputer. The FASTRA II gets six NVIDIA GTX295 dual-GPU cards and one GTX275 single-GPU card. In order to satisfy all 13 GPUs, the supercomptuer has four power supplies.
The FASTRA II offers 12TFLOPS of computing power and costs just Euro 6000.
