Hammacher Schlemmer offers the SkyPix handheld scanner for capturing important documents, letters, or recipes..etc. The sanner can features sensitive color image sensor that scans at high (600 dpi) or standard (300 dpi) resolution. Files are saved as JPEG and stored on a microSD memory card.

The SkyPix has a small display for showing status. It is powered by two AA batteries, which are enough for up to 180 scans. It works with Mac and Windows PCs. The price is $119.95.
