Emotive EPOC Wireless Neuroheadset

Emotive launches its EPOC wireless neuroheadset, that is a “revolutionary new personal interface for human computer interactio”. The EPOC features high resolution, neuro-signal acquisition and processing and uses a 14 saline sensors to tune into electric signals produced by the brain to detect player thoughts, feelings and expressions. It has also gyroscope that generates optimal positional information for cursor and camera controls.

The Emotive EPOC connects to PC wirelessly. It’s lithium battery allows 12 hours of use. Comes with the headset is the EmoKey software that converts detected events into any combination of keystrokes. The EPOC is priced at $299.
