Sony introduces the VAIO Z Series and the VAIO F Series multimedia notebooks at the CES 2010. The ultra portable VAIO Z features a 13.1-inch LED-backlight display and an optional Blu-ray Disc optical drive. It offers HDMI output and supports 3G Mobile Broadband technology provided by Verizon Wireless, WiFi and Bluetooth. The VAIO Z can be equipped with up to 512GB SSD.
On the other hand, the 16.4-inch VAIO F Series comes with dedicated NVIDIA GeForce graphics. It is powered by Core i7 processor and comes with Blu-ray, HDMI and the TransferJet technology.
The VAIO Z starts at $1900 and the VAIO F at $1000.
