Silicon Power 400X 128GB CompactFlash

Silicon Power announced the world’s first 400X 128GB Compact Flash memory card. The new card supports PIO Mode-6 and Multi-Word DMA 4 transfer mode in quad-channel configuration and includes Error Correction Code (ECC) functionality for data accuracy. Wear Leveling technology is also used to prolong the product lifespan.

The 400X Compact Flash offers up to 90MB/s of write speed. It also comes in 8GB, 16GB, 32GB and 64BGB capacities.
