In addition to the ultra slim Lumix FP3 and FP1, Panasonic announced the 2010 models of Lumix FH-series, including 14.1 Megapixel DMC-FH20, 14.1 Megapixel DMC-FH3 and 12.1 Megapixel DMC-FH1. These slim cameras pack a 28mm wide-angle lens with 8x optical zoom for the FH20 and 5x optical zoom for the FH3 and FH1.
The new Lumix FH-series features the iA (Intelligent Auto) mode, Venus Engine IV image processor for fast response time and the ability to record 1280x720p HD video at 30fps as well as WVGA (848 x 480) and normal VGA (640 x 480) video. The iA mode offers MEGA O.I.S. (Optical Image Stabilization), Intelligent ISO Control, Face Detection and Intelligent Scene Selector. These new Lumix cameras have a 2.7-inch LCD display and support SD/SDHC/SDXC cards.
Encased in a brushed metal-finished panel, the FH20 will be available in silver, black, red and violet models and the LUMIX FH3 and FH1 will be available in silver and black.
