Sony bloggie MHS-CM5
Sony introduces two new bloggie portable camcorders, the MHS-CM5 and MHS-PM5 both does 1920×1080 Full HD video recording and 5 Megapixel still photo capturing. The MHS-CM5 features a “pistol-grip” vertical design for comfortable shooting. It sports 5x optical zoom and a flip-out 2.5-inch LCD display and HDMI output.
Sony bloggie MHS-PM5
Sony’s MHS-PM5 is an ultra compact and lightweight video camera with a rotating lens that swivels 270 degrees, 4x digital zoom, SteadyShot image stabilization and a 2.4-inch LCD display. These portable cameras feature also Face Detection technology to recognize and enhance faces by automatically correcting exposure. They support Memory Stick PRO Duo, SD/SDHC cards. The MHS-CM5 and MHS-PM5 bloggie cameras are priced at $200 and $190 respectively.
Sony introduces also the MHS-PM5K lens kit that allows the bloggie cameras to record 360-degree footage that can be viewed on a computer with the supplied PMB (Picture Motion Browser) software. The kit costs $170.
