Leica M8.2 Limited Edition for 60th Anniversary of Peoples’ Republic of China

In addition to the Leica MP Golden Camera, Leica launches also the M8.2 Limited Edition to celebrate the 60th Anniversary of Peoples’ Republic of China. Again, the speical M8.2 has Mao Zedong’s front type 中華人民共和國萬歲 (Long Live The People’s Republic of China) red calligraphy and Tiananmen Square pattern. Only 100 units are available and each costs 53,890 Chinese Yuan (US$7895).
Leica’s M8.2 is a digital rangefinder camera with 10.3 Megapixel low-noise 18x27mm CCD image sensor, Leica’s unique viewfinder system, and a shutter speeds up to 1/4000.
