Active Media Products adds to its SSD lineup the new SaberTooth ZX 1.8-inch SSD with parallel ATA (PATA / IDE) ZIF interface. It works with most systems that uses a 40-pin ZIF connector with PATA interface, such as Acer’s Aspire One A110, Eee PC 1000HA, Dell’s Latitude XT, Mini 12, Lenovo’s IdeaPad U110..etc.
Based on MLC NAND flash memory, the SaberTooth ZX comes in 32GB, 64GB and 128GB capacities and offers up to 80MB/s read speed and 38MB/s write speed.
