LG launches in Russia and India the GX200 candy-bar style mobile phone with dual SIM card slots and LED SIM indicator. At just 13mm thick, the GX200 features a 2-inch display, a 1.3 Megapixel camera with video recording, Bluetooth, and FM tuner.
LG GX200 supports auto SIM selection. It has built-in media player supporting MP3, AAC, WAV, MPEG4, H.263 files. It comes with 80MB internal memory and a microSD slot. Quad-band GSM networks are supported.

lg gx200 is dual sim and dual standby ,for all of ur kind information that samsung c5212 c3212 c6112 is also dual sim and dual standby, mean that u can recive call on sim 2 if ur r busy on sim 1, if only dual sim not dual standby mean u cant recive call on sim 2 if u busy on sim 1 .the sim 2 not reachable . thats model Samsung is E2152 its only dual sim not a dual standby,,..

Which Telecom provider are you with? You should contact them and ask for the internet settings. If flash light is not working then you should approach the nearest service station

It is a good phone as reflects from specification as it was badly needed dual sim with long battery timing but i would like to know before purchaseing the phone:
1. If i am talking with sim1, someone is calling in sim2, can i receive call alert from sim2?
2. it would be comapred with samsung C5212 than which is preferable or best?

1) No, you will not. Its standby SIM means the other person will get only an engaged tone. Only one SIM will get call at a time
2) I would go with this phone, but check the details of Samsung c5212

It is an indicator that the message is in SIM 2 thats it.

@harish, yes. You can use internet, but the word ‘active’ have some limitations. Both the SIM are active at the same time. Only thing is when you are on a call the other number is not active. Otherwise both the SIM works.

Actually i was planning to buy gx500 which is not yet launched here. But hope lg will be using the same technology for both phones. i just want to use internet from one sim and calls from the other. 4m ur explanation i think i can do it without doing any switching between the sims or any other extra task.

Copy contacts to SIM, and when you put the SIM in your phone it will prompt for adding the numbers to Phone.

Suppose I use 1st sim vodafone & 2nd sim Airtel. I want to know that suppose we are talking on 1st sim(Vodafone) and someone is calling on 2nd sim(Airtel), then is there option of showing call waiting and to hold on 1st sim and attend 2nd one.

Himanshu, This is a dual standby phone.That means 2 SIM will not work simultaneously. when you are on one call the other number will be engaged or not available

Both SIM cards are active at the same time. You will receive SMS in both SIMs. Only limitation is you will not receive calls in both numbers at the same time like how call waiting facility works.

The LG GX200 is not 3G, supporting only GPRS, according to the LG website [1].
