Lenovo announced the new G455 and G555 series notebook PCs for the US market. Powered by up to an AMD Turion II Dual-Core processor and ATI Radeon HD integrated graphics, the 14-inch G455 and 15-inch G555 both have a 16:9 LCD display, ergonomic keyboard, VeriFace facial recognition and extended battery life.
Made for budget-conscious consumers ,the G455 and G555 starts at $449. They will be available in March.

I bought a G455 last week.. This laptop just kicks ass.. AMD processors are not hot any more. After several hours of use it maintains temperature from 45C-53C which is way better than Intel laptops. Battery life is amazing.. 6 Cell battery comes for 3 hrs. Great ATI graphics performance plays HD movies smooth. I Bought this laptop for $499 on a offer, Great value for Money. Hope lenovo releases more products like this.
