I HIGHLY recommend this phone. Mine is the best and no problems with it except it turning off occasionally if it is dropped. Totaly user friendly. For help on accessing the keypad when calling, hold the lock button and that should unlock it. It could be that your mobile has a problem with it if it cant do that.
I really need themes for my beautiful monte, its starting to look dull with the standerd black or green theme.

I bought the GT-S5620 2 weeks ago and have been having problems with it. Sometimes the phone cuts out and the keypad doesn’t display during a call so I can’t access voicemail. The SD card has to be ejected and reinserted each time you want to access music. Basically the phone has nice features and looks good but has poor functioning. Not reccommended.
