Acer announced two new NVIDIA 3D Vision-Ready video projectors, the H5360 for home theater entertainment and the X1261 for home, work and school. Based on DLP display technology, they support the 3D Vision technology to turn 2D images into 3D and offer 3D imagery on flat surface of any wall.
Designed for home theater entertainment, the Acer H5260 features 1280x720p HD resolution, up to 2500 ANSI lumens brightness, 3200:1 contrast ratio and a 50-120Hz vertical refresh rate. It offers HDMI port, S-video mini DIN, three RCA jacks, component video, 2.5mm audio mini-jack and D-sub inputs.
Acer’s X1261 3D-ready projector is ideal for home, business and classroom environments. It delivers XGA resolution, up to 2500 ANSI lumens, a 3700:1 contrast ratio and a a 50-120Hz vertical refresh rate. The projector lacks HDMI input, however.
The Acer H5360 is available for $699.00 and the X1261 for $579.
