Nokia and T-Mobile USA made the Nokia 5230 Nuron smartphone official. The Nuron, based on the 5230, is the first U.S. carrier -supported Nokia smartphone to pre-load Ovi Maps, offering free turn-by-turn navigation. The affordable touchscreen phone supports T-Mobile USA’s 3G network.
This T-Mobile’s version of 5230 features the same 3.2-inch touchscreen, 2 Megapixel camera, A-GPS, Bluetooth, FM radio and support for microSD card up to 16GB. It has a 3.5mm jack. The Nuron costs $69.99 with a 2-year contract.
