Canon adds to its REALiS line the new SX7 Mark II multimedia LCOS projector that is ideal for presenting photographs, videos, presentations, or any other content. The new projector features advanced LCOS (Liquid Crystal on Silicon) technology with Canon’s AISYS (Aspectual Illumination System) Optical Engine.
The REALiS SX7 Mark II boasts a native resolution of 1400×1050 while it also supports 1280×800 widescreen resolution with no need for compression and distortion. It has 4000 lumens of brightness, 1000:1 contrast ratio, a Canon 1.7x Powered Zoom/Focus Lens for ease of projector placement and built-in 1W mono speaker. Canon’s new LCOS projector supports Adobe RGB and sRGB color spaces and offers DVI, D-sub, RCA.
The Canon REALiS SX7 Mark II projector will be released in April 2010.
