Canon expands its medical education projector line by introducing the new REALiS SX7 Mark II D. The DICOM mode allows users to calibrate directly on the projector using 21 different levels of gamma adjustments. The REALiS SX7 Mark II D, like the non-D version is based on Canon’s LCOS technology but it gets a higher native resolution at 1400×1050. It sports 4000 lumens brightness, Canon 1.7x Powered Zoom/Focus Lens, support for Adobe RGB and sRGB color spaces, DVI-I input and Quiet Operation as this model produces only 31db.

The Canon REALiS SX7 Mark II D is priced at $7799.
