Buffalo SHD-NHPU2 2.5-inch PATA SSD

Buffalo launches its SHD-NHPU2 series 2.5-inch solid state drive that uses the PATA (Ultra ATA/133 UDMA mode 6) interface for use one some PCs that has no SATA connector. Based on MLC NAND Flash memory, the SHD-NHPU2 is available in 32GB, 64GB and 128GB capacities and comes with 64MB cache memory.
In addition to PATA, Buffalo’s 2.5-inch SSD includes also Mini USB connector. It will be released in late April.
