Patriot Inferno series SSD with SandForce SF-1222 Controller

Patriot Memory announced its latest Inferno series solid state drive that makes use of SandForce’s SF-1222 SSD controller with DuraClass technology providing enhanced endurance and reliability by an average of 20x over traditional SSD controllers through innovative write technology and Wear Leveling.
Based on MLC NAND flash, the 2.5-inch Inferno is available in 100GB and 200GB and offers 285MB/s read and 275MB/s write speeds. Patriot’s new SSD is compatible with Windows 7 TRIM commands. Each Inferno SSD ships with a 2.5-inch to 3.5-inch adapter.
