Casio CD/DVD Title Thermal Printer

Hammacher Schlemmer offers this Casio CD/DVD Title printer, a device that put titles directly onto discs. It creates up to 16 lines in any of 18 alphanumeric or four graphic preset formats at 200 dpi.
The printer has a large LCD display and provides five fonts, and 650 symbols. Do you still need this kind of printer when some of the DVD burners have got Lightscribe function?
