This is a throat microphone (aka Laryngophone) for use with walkie talkies. The microphone has two ultra sensitive throat sensors that picks up sound directly from vocal chord vibration and cancels out 90% of background noise.
This military spec throat microphone features high impact polycarbonate construction, thick gauge polyurethane wiring, and heavy duty spring loaded 4 pin mini din connection points. It comes with a clip-on PTT button (push to talk) as well as a mini Velcro PTT button. It works with walkie talkies from Motorola, Kenwood, Icom, Maxon, Vertex..etc. The price is $35.88.
