RIM BlackPad Coming in November

According to Bloomberg, Research in Motion (RIM) is going to announce its BlackPad in this November, to compete with Apple’s iPad. No details of the device are available but it will be a 9.7-inch tablet with WiFi and Bluetooth and runs Blackberry OS.

I’d been searching for specifics with Lindsay being removed from jail and landed right here. All I can point out is that I am just glad with the fact that Lindsay Lohan will be at long last released from imprisonment. The girl may have a tremendous challenge and needs to think about responsibility. The idea is extraordinarily difficult for me personally to imagine that lindsay lohan will figure out ways to deal with her problem because the state of California believes that they should be able to compel her. Everything that she definitely needs is drug and alcolhol treatment. I hope that Lindsay finds contentment. And I hope that we are not getting duped if she is not just doing all of this simply to get personal marketing awareness.
As you wrote, the domain was registered in 2002. There wasn’t a trademark on the term “BlackPad” then and there still isn’t one today. If there had been, RIM would have surely taken the domain for free through a UDRP filing and your use of the term “squatted” would be totally acceptable. However, as we know this current situation is nothing like the hypothetical presented above, you should probably amend the “squatted” statement to reflect a more accurate characterization.
