Acer introduces at the IFA 2010 the new P7-series video projectors. Four models have been showed off – P7200i, P7203, P7205 and P7500. All models are equipped with the new Lens Shift, a feature allowing the lens to be moved horizontally or vertically within the projector chassis, so the images can be projected in their original format and size without need to move the projector.
Based on DLP technology, the P7 series features ColorBoost II+ with a 6-segment colour wheel design, up to 5500 ANSI lumens brightness, USB display capabilitty, ColorSafe II, EcoProjection environment friendly management solution. On the P7 projectors, the lamp is side-loaded as opposed to the conventional bottom-loading design. These video projectors have two HDMI inputs and comes with Wired Remote Control.
The P7200i features built-in WiFi 802.11b/g/n wireless connectivity for wireless projector from WiFi-enabled devices.The P7500 sports Full HD 1080p resolution, DynamicBlack technology and a contrast ratio of up to 40,000:1.
