OCZ Onyx 2 Series Affordable SSD

OCZ Technology announced its new Onyx 2 Series 2.5 inch SSD with superior affordability designed for mainstream desktops and mobile system. The SandForce-driven is based on MLC NAND flash memory. It offers 270MB/s read, 265MB/s write, and up to 10,000 random write IOPS (4k aligned) performance.

The OCZ Onyx 2 comes in 120GB (model OCZSSD2-2ONX120G) and 240GB (model OCZSSD2-2ONX240G) capacities. It has a durable yet lightweight housing.
