Crucial RealSSD C300 1.8-inch SSDs

Crucial, part of Lexar Media, launches 1.8-inch models of its RealSSD C300 range. The new 1.8-inch SSD is about 40% smaller than the standard 2.5-inch drive, ideal of use on portable and compact devices.
The new 1.8-inch C300 uses MLC NAND flash and supports SATA 6Gb/s interface. It offers read speeds up to 355MB/s and write speeds up to 215MB/s. The 1.8-inch RealSSD is available in 64GB, 128GB and 256GB. They are now available at Amazon with 64GB starting at $133.99.
