Huawei IDEOS X6
Chinese mobile equipment giant Huawei shows off two new Android smartphones, the IDEOS X6 and the IDEOS X5. Both devices runs Android 2.2 Froyo OS and supports HSPA+ high-speed data network.
The IDEOS X6 is a large screen smartphone with 4.1-inch 800×480 capacitive touchscreen, which looks somewhat like the DROID X. It is powered by Qualcomm MSM8255 SnapDragon 1GHz processor, 512MB RAM and 2GB of ROM. Thanks to the new graphics chip found on the MSM8255, the X6 will be able to handle Flash and HD video playback easily. The large-screen yet slim X6 has a 5 Megapixel camera with auto focus, flash and 720p HD video recording, Bluetooth, GPS/A-GPS support, WiFi connectivity, HDMI output and a microSD card slot. There is also FM tuner.

As for the IDEOS X5, it is a mid-range Android phone with a 3.8-inch touchscreen and 5 Megapixel camera. Bluetooth and WiFi come as standard features.
Huawei is planning to release the X6 in early 2011 and the X5 by the end of this year.
